Health Camp organized by Himani Trust

On the auspicious birthday of the Chairperson of Himani Trust, it organized a screening health camp at Dalchoki, Lalitpur on 7^th October 2023 in association with Dalchoki Health Post. Nepal Medical Association and Kathmandu Medical College Private Limited.

Health camp organized by Himani Trust played a crucial role in providing healthcare services to underserved communities. The camps involved healthcare professionals volunteering their time and expertise to offer medical check-ups, screenings, treatments, and health education to individuals who may not have regular access to healthcare facilities. Health camp targeted dental and general health issues prevalent in the community, such as  maternal and child health, chronic disease management, or general health and hygiene awareness. The camp particularly beneficial in rural or remote areas where healthcare infrastructure is limited or inaccessible. In a one day Health Day at Dalchoki Himani Trust managed to server 134 people.

By organizing this health camps, Himani Trust contributed to improving the overall health and well-being of communities, reducing healthcare disparities, and raising awareness about preventive healthcare measures. These camps also serve as opportunities for early detection and intervention for health conditions, potentially saving lives and alleviating suffering.
